Iwas wondering just the same thing. Sequence 12 was okay-ish but sequence 13 feels like a filler episode, the assassination missions are just so boring and frustrating. To think console players could actually skip this, I totally envy them. It's pretty obvious that sequence 12 and 13 are DLC seeing how they're really cheap compared to the rest
